Slack permissions

Add PushPull to Slack

Slack shows you a formal permissions list on the next screen. Here's what it means in plain words.

We can

  • Read DMs you send us
  • In channels you invite us to: read @mentions and the replies in your request threads
  • Open files you share in those conversations
  • Reply with questions, quotes, and files

We never

  • See channels we're not in. Slack sends us nothing from them.
  • Keep channel chatter. Anything outside a request thread is dropped on arrival, never stored.
  • See your workspace's member list or anyone's profile
  • Charge you before you accept a quote
